CoCo3.com members can post news and articles at any time.
Anybody can view these articles on the site, or using an "RSS feed" 
utility to pull/read from the site.

http://www.coco3.com/backend.php

Use that URL the same as any other RSS/XML file.  The PHP script 
generates the XML file.
