[Coco] Unpacked my CoCo Stuff

I've emailed Terry to see what the cross reference cartridge tanks might
be. He used to have the canon made version and the cgp-220. he also had
an upgrade rom for the 220. I don't know if he will reply - the e-mail
didn't bounce so I have my fingers crossed. -r
