[Coco] Next arcade port to CoCo 3

Looks like we've got a new hardware project for cloud9. A cartridge
based sound and graphics processor that will run at 1.78MHz!! From past
emails it looks like the superboard with it's 2meg of ram will make the
graphics for games a lot easier to write.
