Yes, the system sucks sometimes. Abusers reign on ebay. Frauders
rule, with the bloated shipping charges being the most popular means
of recovery of outrageous fees from PayPal and Ebay, the same company
now. And then there's the impatient buyer who wants his stuff Right
Now, through a time-space-warp if possible.
And in your case, and my last bad experience, is the trigger-happy
user who has his finger on the File a Claim button from the minute
the auction was over. Nothing you say or argue seems to phase them.
