[Coco] Mike Snyder's Missing Programs

I don't know if it will help, but I have a text file which has, I think all
the T&D disk directories, just as if I'd out put a DIR to a file and
concatenated them. I know the file has all the disks that I currently have,
which is 1 to 120, and 121-1 and 121-2. I have disk images (.DSK) of all of
these.

Let me know if I can help.
