They're not hacked. Roger is doing some major updates. He posted a message on the forums about it earlier.

I hope that the coco3.com forums are just in transition and not hacked 
again. I've never seen them this bad. All messages are gone, the forums 
can only be reached from the home page, and auto-login is not working.
