The html link on the page is broken. Once you get the error page,
manually add the "www" on the address bar. I still haven't found the
"bond" page yet.

On a related note, I have another friend who is over here on an H-1B.
If, at any point during the renewal process, an immigration official
decides that they don't like him, he can have his visa renewal denied,
with no real recourse.

For a country mostly made up of immigrants and their descendants, our
immigration system is seriously screwed up. And how many terrorists
has the system caught? I'd be willing to wager a good amount of cash
that I don't have on "zero."

Diego said he knew the risks. But that doesn't make the process any
more fair to him.
