Like you I also want to help not just Diego, but his cats.

What we really need is someone to get in touch wiht his 
landlord and see what we can do.

I am trying to contact Charlie Pelosi who lives in New 
Jersey.  Hopefully he can at least help in contacting 
someone in Diego's home town.
