[Coco] Compiling C with Rainbow IDE 1.x

Hooray, someone seems to be compiling C with my Rainbow IDE 1.x 
version.  I haven't really tried it, but here's the topic:

Btw, Rainbow 2.0 in development is gaining more abilities to 
customize "source processors" instead of calling them 
assemblers.  I'm trying to devise a way to avoid the use of nasty 
makefiles and let the IDE use file weights/priorities and multiple 
passes to first do compiles, assembles, then links, BUT all of those 
programs will be drop-in source processors with their .ini files 
defining what it is and what it compiles/assembles/links.  Yes, work 
work work, but ultimate simplicity is on the way.
