[Coco] NitrOS-9 Document Update

Way to go!! This documentation will go a long way towards helping
people overcome the learning curve of using nitros-9. Last year I
found a site with a very good basic09 document. Can't seem to find
the link right now but it's over 100 pages long. It's a pdf just a
bit longer the 500K. As long as I don't get a hundred people asking
for it I can mail it to anyone interested.
