To be honest, this is the kind of response this person 
craves.

The best course of action is for us to support Roger in 
any way possible.

I don't have a lot of bandwidth available with my 
accounts, but I can host some static pages for Roger if he 
requires it.

Let's do what we can to help Roger and just ignore this 
person.
