Been there.
Immediately treat everything with Lysol disinfectant spray. Especially
if it is still wet or damp. It will kill or stop the mildue.
While some books may be lost, Magazines with clay finishing can have
their contents salvaged for manual scanning. They will of course never
have collectors value.
Books require more work to salvage their contents. A search of the
internet may have some tips.
But the important thing is to kill the mildue immediately.
