[Coco] Coco3 512KB sram upgrade

I attached a zipped bitmap file.
This is a quick look of what I did. All the logic is done in a CPLD (Lattice ispLSI1016e, PLCC44, it's what I have in stock).
You can do it with an other CPLD or with discret logic ICs.

Perhaps if you e-mail the schematic to someone like Mark Marlette, you
would get a second opinion on whether the design would work if there
were no mistakes in construction.
