No, but then it won't do anything either. It can reside.

ADOS has no idea how to talk to the IDE interface. You could use ADOS 
for floppy access only. OS-9 has no drivers to talk to the interface either.

Personally I wouldn't waste my time with OS-9. NitrOS-9 is 20 years 
beyond it. Use the 6809 version. It is not as fast as the 6309 but as 
you stated, you can work on that later.
