[Coco] Atari SC1224 monitor

Straight up R/G/B/V/H/Ground, and audio. Had to change the cheesy 13 pin DIN
though, to a much easier D-sub9.
Got a beautiful Green Coco screen, just too small. Adjusted Vsize and that's
OK but the Hsize is totally maxed out and I've still got nearly 2" of black
on either side of the CC green screen.

Hi Chester:

How did you hook it up?  I thought the Atari's needed some
sort of adapter that inverted the signals?
