[Coco] cloud9 and the superboard

Frank,

Sales were suspended at Cloud-9 in Dec '05. I completed the orders
that were piled up in Feb '06. During that period I have been ill
multiple times. Missed work, been to doctors and then finally a
specialist. I am scheduled for surgery on Monday the 20th and will be
out of work for another two weeks.

Suspending the sales needed to be done. I'm only one person that has
a full time job+ and an hour commute each way to/from. I live alone
so all the chores are mine. Not making excuses, just the reality of
my free time. Many of my system orders were being pushed out 30-60
days. The SuperBoard is way over due and quite frankly has become a
PIA. Not that it is impossible or a difficult project. Mostly I don't
have the time to work on it.

Just now I'm starting to just get back to the development. I know
that I will not resume sales till this is completed. This could break
Cloud-9 but as I see it that is the only way. Then when sales do
resume, I'll be swamped again. The vicious circle continues.

I have over $30k in snowmobiles and racing equipment that I didn't
even touch the snow this year due to trying to get these tasks
completed. That won't happen next year. So this needs to get done
ASAP. Not to mention that my property is in a development zone and I
have been working on the sale of it along with all of the issues that
go with such an under taking. Many legal issues are present since my
place is unique.

ChicagoFest '06 sales. I'll bring what I have built. Stock of final
assemblies are down, due to no time to build, test, package, due to
development. The first run of SuperIDE boards, which are only six
left, are all defective. I'll have to write a program and design some
hardware on my work's ATE system to bring them back to life. I have
troubleshot them and still can't find the problems. So I can say for
a fact that there will be no SuperIDEs at the fest. I have spoke with
Boisy and his product line will be full up and he will be taking care
of his sales this year.

Hopefully that explains the state.

Regards,

Mark
