You probably mean a loop that sits there and cycles without any user  input.  
Ugh!
 
We've all found the loops where you try to click "Back" arrow, and after a  
short delay you come to the same page again.  The trick, I read somewhere,  and 
it works, is to click "Back" twice rapidly.  --Mike K.
