This is the inside workings of my 30 cup coffee urn. I  have been told t 
hat this will keep a constant temp of 158 degrees.

I  have a substance that becomes liquid at 104 degrees. I would like to 
keep it at a constant 115 plus/minus.

Is there any settings/??????/resisters  I can change/add to reduce the 
temp to what I desire?

Does anyone have expertise in this area?
