[Coco] CRC/Disto 512K RAM Disk

Mine came from an eBay seller with 768K onboard.  I asked a few questions
here and found it was capable of a full MegaByte!  (If you could afford the
chips.)

I had it set up to act as intermediary when I backed up my RGB-DOS hard
drives.

I've GOT to make some space here for my CoCos.  Some things just can't be
emulated.
