I guess I've spent too much time helping out the newbies at work.

Nice link.  

What's sad is that most of the bugs I run across are preventable with
a little self discipline or training.
The rest I've seen were the result of compiler bugs/limitations, a CPU
bug (stupid DEC Alpha), OS bugs and the quest for "job security".
