John,
C.pass1 and C.pass2 and C.opt are on the C compiler cmds disk. That is 
available on RTSI. They're in a .dsk file in this zip file: 
ftp://www.rtsi.com/RSDOS/incoming/john%20collyer/coco.zip


CC2 is available as CC on RTSI:
