[Coco] A big MESS with imgtool.exe (pun definately intended!)

Ok, it's confirmed... the latest version of M.E.S.S.'s imgtool.exe (Dec. 
30, 2005) yet again has changed the command line switches.  This is the 3rd 
version I've seen that has different command switches.  Why not leave the 
old ones even if for the veteran users who are used to working with the 
utility a lot?  What about programs that like to call on imgtool?

M.E.S.S. .103 has a copy of imgtool.exe bundled with it that is 
incompatible with Portal-9 at this time.  If you're having problems, just 
go into your Portal-9 Options menu, under M.E.S.S. Options, and change your 
path to imgtool.exe to the copy that's included with Portal-9, most likely 
in C:\Portal-9\Tools.  Actually, this should have already been set with 
your first Portal-9 install or an upgrade that knew to change the path, but 
you might have later pointed the path to the copy in your MESS directory.
