[Coco] [Color Computer] Problem with files .arc an tc3.bin

You have to use a Coco de-arc program on a Coco or on a simulator. No IBM 
type program will do it.

Vous devez employer un programme de 'compress de Color Computer' sur un 
Color Computer ou sur un simulateur. Aucun d'IBM type programme le fera.
