I always wonder what happens when someone in Nigeria gets an email from "Ken 
Lay's wife", saying she needs help to get their money out of the USA? Does 
he immediately forward his bank information to "Mrs Lay" and anxiously await 
the promised 10%? Or is it only dumb Westerners who fall for this crap?
