Does it have the strobe pattern on the bottom of the spindle? Thats
easily watched under a flourescent light, when it stands still rather
than creeping on direction or the other, you have the right speed.
Adjust the pot on the motor pcb for effect after noting where it is in
case its not the right pot.

People having trouble with vz bouncing email to me should add the word
'online' between the 'verizon', and the dot which bypasses vz's
stupid bounce rules. I do use spamassassin too. :-)
