Yes, The toolshed project comes with a decb comand that contains a dir
subcommand. Plus these other subcommands: copy, dump, dskini, free,
fstat, hdbconv, kill, list, rename.

As an added bonus, it can detokenize and entokenize binary BASIC files
when copying. (Thanks Mr. Devries!)
