[Coco] [Color Computer] Problem with files .arc an tc3.bin

Hello with all,

Sorry, I use a translator French into English.

How to make to decompress the arc files site
http://nitros9.stg.net/coco_game_list.html like the file
http://nitros9.stg.net/arena.arc for example. I downloaded prog
"TC3.BIN" and I am not able to make it function under windowsxp. In a
MS-DOS window under winxp that does not function.

Does Y have to you it another way of making?
