    If you are talking about Keith Alphonso (Alpha Software), I am  
surprised... we (Bill Nobel and I) also contacted him for help, and was  
very helpful (including letting us get dis-assembled source of some of his  
utilities for use in our work enviornment, which used to run on a Coco 3  
system in the early 1990's).
