Here's a first cut at an entry for that:

BASIC-09 - This lady is somehow related both to Miss BASIC and Miss
Pascal.  She used to pick up lots of boys from BASIC and teach them
better habits, but seems to have lost her touch.  Unlike Pascal, she
can cook with lots of pots at once, and if you study the recipe, you
can calculate the exact amount  of time she will need to cook it.  She
was once regarded as one of the fastest cooks, but this is no longer
true because her cooking equipment is very old.  She is generally
friendly but very terse when annoyed.
