Nah, use a cmos analog switch, a piece of a 4066, when turned on tight, is
less than 100 ohms (60ish IIRC) and pretty bylateral. If you don't need
it for anything else, use all 6 of them in that chip in parallel. Many
times more dependable than a mechanical contact.

People having trouble with vz bouncing email to me should add the word
'online' between the 'verizon', and the dot which bypasses vz's
stupid bounce rules. I do use spamassassin too. :-)
