[Coco] 512 Upgrade

I had a problem like this with an Australian 512k memory board in a US CoCo
3.  It turned out the CPU died!  (Did it kill it or was there something else
going on?)  I've not tried this upgrade board in any other CoCo's since.
That unit got a CPU socket and is destined for a 6309 soon.

I hope your problem is simpler to fix.
