  If all you want to do is create documentation, you should download the 
current snapshot from the downloads page, see what currently exists, and 
then contact Boisy Pitre about sending in additional documentation.
  It would be best if submissions were made in the same format as the 
existing docs, but I expect that Boisy would be happy to get anything 
and would convert it.
