[Coco] [Color Computer] hard drive blues

I have a coco3 with a disto 4in 1 controler 
preseny setup is adaptec 4000 board with seagate
40 meg mfm drive.
What I want to do is replace this setup with
seagate ST-31055N scsi 1 gig drive retaining 
use of said disto controler. What I need is
some instructions or info where I can get a
driver and descriptor for my controler to run
under os9 level-2. The machine has had been in
storage for manu years,it has many hardware hacks
done to it and runs very reliable. I have been
using it as a login term on LINUX SUSE 9.0 PRO.
