[Coco] My Coco websites have moved

     After a fair bit of testing, all of my Coco websites, formerly hosted  
on stg.net,have moved to my new domain. Much thanks to Scott Griepentrog  
for hosting the sites over the last 5+ years, but since he winding down  
stg.net, it was time to move.
