My recollection is that DM3 was released coordinately with the Coco
3, thus the name. As far as I'm aware, there never was a DM2, nor DM4.
MV was really just a windowing environment that allowed graphics.
Didn't it come with the C graphics routines, as well? At any rate,
there were no productivity apps (e.g., word processor, spreadsheet,
etc.) with MV, the principal difference from DM3. MV came with
graphics versions of clocks, calendar, and a few others.
