[Coco] {coco} wordpak RS info needed

I'm only guessing, but my hunch is that that Tandy is the culprit, specifying
what addresses the Wordpak-RS had to use, or avoid, before they'd allow it to be
sold through the express order program.  It'd be just like them to have $FF74-5
reserved for some future use that never came to pass.
