If I remember my BASIC correctly, just use the following:


#define RIGHT(s,n) (strlen(s)+(n))

#define LEFT(s,n) ((s)[n] = '\0', (s))

#define MID(s,m,n) (LEFT(RIGHT(s,(m)),(n)-(m)))
