[Coco] Config in Nitros9?

I was trying to create a custom Nitros9 disk when I noticed that there 
is no 'config' program in any of  the disks.
I copied the program from OS9, and runs ok, but fails to list any 
devices to be selected. I'm sure is because some file(s) is not where 
the config program expects it to be.
Could anybody give me an idea about how to fix this?
