[Coco] Has anyone in the coco list, managed convert DMK to DSK

They would fail before this point because creating a .dmk image without 
a dedicated cracker would not work.

It is easy to guess that the purpose behind the original question was 
how to break copy protection. I chose to answer then literal question of 
how to interconvert .dmk and .dsk image formats.
