Paul,
The imgtool from the Messgui package  is able to open DSK files, and it
allows to insert files. If you rename the dsk file into an .os9, you will be
able to also create directories.

I have an ISO buster,(windows)
is there an equivalent DSK buster?
It'd be keen to manipulate files
inside of the DSK file before
committing it to floppy. You know
add, subtract, replace fiies inside
of the DSK file.
