[Coco] CoCo disks and XP

So far, I've been able to format a 3 1/2 disk to 35 tracks. I tried to write
a dsk disk to the disk but the result seems unreadable. I still have to try
other formats, maybe one will work.
However, I was able to create a dsk file, readable by Mess. I used the 'head
0' format (.ssd) and simply renamed the resulting file to .dsk.

I haven't been able to read a 156k 5 1/4 floppy in my 1.2 mb drive. I'm
going to ask Jason if there's a trick, or if it's my setup that is causing
this.
