Assuming I understand what you're saying... antivirus programs don't
have any business changing your outgoing mail. Generally they should
only affect incoming mail, and then only to quarantine bad stuff. If it
is so broken, disable it and install something serious.

Are you sure your computer clock is not at fault? First thing is to
double click on the clock in the corner of the screen and make sure the
year is set properly.
