[Coco] Rainbow Guide to Statistics: now copying cassettes

Well, I have it on tape, and here's a question which I'm sure people have
answered in the past:

What's the (easiest) way to transfer from cassette to DSK?  Can it be done
on a PC, or am I honestly better off CLOADing and SAVEing to a Coco disk,
and then transferring that?

I've just picked up a copy of the Rainbow Guide to Stats, but it didn' t
have the tape or disk with it.
Does anyone have the software from this book in DSK format?
