The other possibility George, is to put that 360k .dsk on an 80 track
disk, where there will be room for the image AND the filesystem. BUT BE
SURE AND DO A "dmode /dn sas=FF" where the n is the drive number first or
you'll run out of FD.SEG slots in the fd sector, there are only 48 of
them.
