[Color Computer] [COCO] Creating a dsk image

If you have a compatible drive on your PC you can make an image of the
disk as described at http://nitros9.org/dsk.html
If you don't have a compatible drive, you will have to make the disk the
hard way by creating it by the normal OS-9 method while running MESS
emulation.
