[Coco] Survey of JVC/Collyer 1.9.1 .vhd use

The last issued JVC/Collyer emulator version 1.9.1, permits the use of 
two .vhd hard drives. I'm curious if any users of this emulator, also 
using RGBDOS, want to have access to two .vhd images at the same time.

A minor change to the disk.rom file makes this possible. Desirable is 
another question altogether.
