[Coco] Dump out the information sector of HD's

Hi,

The DECB program I wrote for SCSI drives is on RTSI. It may help even though
it was written for Seagate drives.

It reads a lot of HD information and writes it to a floppy disk file.

Just do not ask it to do a format if you do not wish to format the drive.
