	The SAM flag at FFD4 & FFD5, labeled as P1, sets the page. There don't 
seem to be any ... interesting pins on the SAM to make use of this 
feature. The only thing I can think of is it affects the encoding of S0, 
S1, & S2? Anyone have their encoding?
