 From Portal-9, click on OPTIONS -> M.E.S.S. OPTIONS -> Custom Command Options
At the bottom of that window is the M.E.S.S. custom command options line 
where you can remove the "skip_disclaimer" option.  Just delete it out for 
now until I check this out.
