[Coco] Rainbow cassettes

If you are using a CoCo3 for this, try holding down F1 while hitting reset. I
usually do this before LOADing, since sometimes it locks up the program. I
believe Pooyan uses PMODE3, which is not affected by color artifacting the way
PMODE4 is, and won't change colors on reset.
